Yes. I take a £400 booking fee which is non-refundable. Once this has been paid your date will be secured.

Once your invoice, and contract have been sent you have 14 days to secure your booking with a £300 booking fee. After the 14 days the date is released and open to other booking. You contract and invoice will be voided.

If you have secured your date with a £300 booking fee within 14 days of your invoice being sent and you have signed your contract in that time, this does not make any changes to your final balance. If you enquire and I give you a quote, this was a quote at the time of enquiring. I always state you have 14 days to secure your date. If you do not secure within that time and my prices have been raised then a new quote will need to be made at current prices.

All weddings vary in timings and setups. The usual coverage is 8-10 hours. This will start from bridal preperation and end when everyone is on the dancefloor.

You will recieve a USB and online gallery with 350 - 650 edited images. (Not limited to)

Within 48 hours of your wedding you will recieve up to eight edited images via email ready for you to share. The final images will be with you 6 - 8 weeks after your wedding day.

I am based in the East Midlands, I am happy to travel anywhere across the UK & Worldwide. Most Midland and some UK travel will be inculded in the cost. Occasionaly an overnight stay is needed for longer distances and an extra cost may apply. I travel world wide for wedding, having already photographed wedding in Sorrento & Tuscany and next stops are Croatia & Ibiza.

I love to shoot on film and this is where my romatic and dreamy coulour pallette comes from as I match my digital files to film. Film is an additonal package onto your day starting from £150. However I do I always carry my film camera and if the lighting, colours ets are right I will sometimes make the choice to add on 1-2 rolls at no additional cost.

Yes. I work alone and most images & weddings you see in my portfolio will be me photographing as one. I do sometimes work with second photographer if you would both like your prep covered, and your wedding party is quite large I suggest adding on a second photographer to the package. Cost for second photographers start at £150

It's not an absolute must, but if you can it would be very much appreciated. If you do not wish to feed me, then I will require 1 hour out of the venue to find food.

Of course! The images on your USB will be high-resolution and print ready. You will have printing and sharing rights for personal use. The copyright will remain with the photographer for portfolio usage. If you would like a proffesional album made I would be more than happy to do this, you can choose to have this at any point after your wedding. A price will be given upon request.

Of course! I would love this, it's a great way for me to understand how you will be infront of the camera, for you to see how I will be behind it and also to practice some of those lovely poses.

I save a copy of your edited album on an external hard drive to ensure they are stored safely. I will only commit to saving files for a 12-month period. Please note that I do not store unedited images for more than 6 of months as these are very large files. You online gallery will be stored forever. However I do suggest you downlaod and back up your images.

Up to two years in advance. Some dates are more popular than others, so it is best to secure your date as early as possible to avoid dissapointment. If a date is still availble I do also take last minute bookings.

The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to the wedding day.

I provide two folders on your USB. High resolution and print ready files will be provided as well as a folder of low resolution, web ready files. You can share these on social media, via email or to your phone much easier.
